Everyday Wellness & Relaxation

Every day is a new dawn. The opposite of dusk, accompanied by a yawn. The start of a brand new day with a little time for play. A chance to embody a brand new you. The moments before sunrise, when the windows glow light blue. A moment to stretch, take a deep breath and pamper you know who. A moment of tranquility, peace and quietude. Those mornings you wake up without an alarm and full of gratitude.

Everyday Wellness

Everyday wellness, well what does it mean to you? Which way are you going—did your body give you a clue? Listen carefully, and listen close. What your body is saying, says the most. Tell me I’m tired—no tell me it’s time. When I wake up natural, oh how I’m feeling so fine. Look up don’t look back—as a matter of fact. What’s behind you could blind you, so let’s stay on track. The birds they are singing soft melodies of song. Don’t tell me I’m dreaming, don’t tell me I’m wrong. What’s that on your mind? Is your memory fond?

Relaxation

Behold all the beauty, and everything betwixt does belong. Rest or relaxation your body does play along. So very soulful and oh how it is sweet. Starting the morning without anything on your feet. Singing and dancing or just drumming to your own beat, the day is to be seized, with kindness to keep. A little bit of laughter, a little bit of love. How lovely is Lululemon that fits like a glove? I’m stretching I’m rhyming—it’s rhythmn I’m timing. The wind is whispering and the chimes are chiming.

The breeze is so gentle and so was the night. The day brings good things and everything that you like. It’s misty, it’s morning, it’s the time that you got. This morning is yours whether you like it or not. Like all the others, but like brand new. This book is open and made just for you. What are these words and what are those? It’s prancing, it’s dancing, it’s forgetting the prose. You do the dancing; your body plays its part. I got an idea—yeah I’m feeling smart. Smart as it be—oh how attractive. When I sense intelligence, my body’s reactive. Calling me out—no call it contextual. My, are you a mind reader? I am sapiosexual. Wow, how did you guess that? How did you know? I’m feeling hot. Is my blush beginning to show? Call it congenial. No, call it correct. That’s how it works. That’s the intended effect. Yes, goodness gracious how is it true? Are you reading me correctly? Am I that see-through? My goodness, you guessed it. I am fluent in Haiku.
